Vintage Chanel Basket Bag Beige Lambskin and Rattan Wicker Gold Hardware

This vintage Chanel Basket bag is in beige lambskin and natural rattan wicker with gold hardware, featuring a top lid with classic gold plated CC turnlock closure, and an interwoven beige leather and gold tone chain shoulder strap.

The interior is lined in beige leather and includes one zip pocket with a CC pull on the back wall and a slip pocket on the front wall.

Origin: Italy

Condition: Vintage; Excellent - This bag retains its shape structure. There are visible scratches to the CC turnlock closure. The Rattan wicker has some darkening in some areas and wear to the bottom and back of bag. The leather top lid has light scratches, some some scuffing along the edging, and a small indent at the top. The shoulder strap leather has signs of wear with some rubbing to the leather in some spots. The interior leather has creasing throughout and press marks to the lid interior. The lid leather is slightly peeling/scuffed along edging from opening and closing the bag. The date stamp sticker is legible and still intact.
